Delicious, Healthy Foods

On our recent cruise, we were encouraged (literally - the wait staff would coax us to order more!) to stuff ourselves with gourmet, yet healthy offerings, and then plied with all manner of tempting desserts. At lunch, too!

We soon discovered that after filling up on healthy appetizers and entrees with lots of fresh vegetables, we had to push ourselves to eat more than a few bites of even the most luscious desserts. And I am talking apple Calvados sorbet on almond pear tart topped with freshly whipped cream type of luscious.

Once you quit eating the unhealthy food it is quite easy to find an extreme number of great tasting healthy foods.It is simply an attitude change.Pretty soon you will hate the taste of junk food.
